Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a musty smell in the rooms and charged more than the booked price, but it offered a conveniently located spot in Long Beach at an economical cost.
The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, but unfortunately had a strong cigarette smell and lacked proper air conditioning. The staff, especially the older gentlemen, were rude. The property did not have a designated smoking area, leading to smoke wafting into our non-smoking room. Despite the blazing heat all night, the cooling system didn’t function well. On the positive side, the location was convenient for our needs, although lacking in safety. Overall, it was not the most welcoming experience.
Although the hotel's location was convenient and near downtown Long Beach, with good access to restaurants and stores, I was taken aback by unexpected payment issues late at night. The room was disappointingly small and lacked the expected deluxe feel, with a musty smell and a very uncomfortable bed. The service was quite rude, especially encountering unfriendly behavior from staff late at night.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were the same style and size as their regular rooms, but unfortunately, they charged more than the booked price. The room had a strong smell of urine and cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. On the bright side, the service was nice and friendly, with a very family-oriented vibe. However, their claim of a temporary issue on the first day that never got fixed during our two-day stay really brought the overall experience down.
The service was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially by the older gentlemen working there. The location was quiet and nice, close to restaurants and stores, though the sudden payment issue was frustrating. The dining experience left something to be desired, with an item left behind, but the shabu shabu was good. Overall, there were some drawbacks in service and room comfort, but it was clean and had a satisfactory location.
The hotel had clean and well-kept rooms, but the lack of a designated smoking area led to smoke coming into our room. The staff, especially an older gentleman, was perceived as rude. The service experienced various issues, including non-functional amenities and a lack of professionalism. The location was convenient for specific needs, although some noise disturbances were present. Dining was average with a small incident.
